My career has never followed a straight line - it’s been more like a boarding pass stamped in every direction.
I’ve reported from the hustle and bustle of radio studios, told stories through marketing, poured coffee at 30,000 feet in the sky as an air hostess, danced through Ibiza summers, survived ski seasons, lived the Majorca dream; and managed events that ran on equal parts adrenaline and caffeine!
Through it all, one thing stayed the same: I’m at my best when I’m connecting with people and telling stories that make them feel something.
Then I became a mum - and the corporate world suddenly felt too tight, too rigid, too small for the life I wanted. I needed flexibility, creativity, and work that actually meant something.
So I built The Slattery Social.
It’s where all my experiences meet: the storytelling from radio, the confidence from presenting, the people skills from flying, the energy from seasons abroad, and the organisation from event management.
Now I use it all to help small businesses find their voice, spark their story, and show up online with heart.
